We aspire to become trusted strategic advisors by providing sophisticated, practical and actionable advice and other assistance across the full range of corporate disciplines. We also provide access to our extensive domestic and international network of business and professional leaders as needed to meet client needs.

Value Proposition

We believe that many C-Suite executives can benefit from developing an ongoing relationship with a trusted advisor who can be an objective sounding board and provide advice based on deep experience and expertise. Finding such a relationship is challenging for several reasons - it is difficult to find the right person with the right experience, well developed networks and sufficient distance from the business to be objective. Moreover finding such a person is not a service provided by traditional consulting or professional service providers.

Scarlettt Advisory gives you access to a community of senior business and professional leaders who are no longer working on a full time basis and can become the trusted advisor a business executive needs. Scarlett Advisory is unique in that it offers high quality advice and relationships at low commitment and cost (see below).

How we work

Working with Scarlett Advisory does NOT require entering into a lengthy or high cost engagement. If you work with us you will need to tell us  what kind of help you are looking for and we will tell you if we have access to someone we believe would be a good match for your needs. Then we will propose a simple agreement setting out basic terms of the engagement, including fee arrangements. There are no long term commitments. If the relationship with Scarlett Advisory is not working to your satisfaction you can terminate the engagement at any time on 30 days' notice (or such other period as agreed).
